As part of our human resources team, your responsibilities may include:
- Developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business goals and organizational transformation
- Driving core HR processes such as workforce planning, performance management, succession planning and organizational design
- Leading recruitment, onboarding and talent development
- Supporting employee development through learning programs, career growth initiatives and leadership development at all levels
- Designing and managing compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs that are transparent, purpose driven, and aligned with our commitment for equitable reward
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster a respectful and empowering work environment
- Facilitating employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards
- Acting as a strategic advisor to leaders, supporting change management and organizational effectiveness
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform people decisions and continuously improve the employee experience
