As part of our HSE team, your responsibilities may include:

• Shaping Hydro’s HSE strategy and policies to ensure a strong and consistent framework across all operations
• Advising and supporting the organization on new HSE technologies, training, risk assessments and compliance with HSE standards
• Conducting audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to internal and external health, safety, security and environmental requirements
• Safeguarding incident reporting, supporting incident investigations and helping the organization learn from deviations to prevent future occurrences
• Engaging with communities, environmental groups, and other stakeholders to foster trust and transparency in our environmental performance
